Aufstiegserlaubnis Slowakei nötig?

      Weis jemand ob in der Slowakei eine Aufstiegserlaubnis nötig ist für die Dji Phantom 3 (private Bilderaufnahmen Slowakisches Paradies und Tatra) und wie man diese bekommt? Habe leider nichts hier gefunden.

      If any aircraft (including dron/RPAS/UAVs) is used for the purpose of aerial photography (photographing, filming and recording from an aircraft), it falls under the scope of national regulation and shall be in compliance with regulation for the aerial work operation (§ 44 Aviation Act), which is also subject to authorization by the Ministry of Defense in accordance with §63 and § 64 of Act No. 215/2004 Coll.of Act on the protection of classified information and on amending and supplementing certain acts.
      Aerial work, as regulated by the Aviation Act, could be performed only after official approval for legal entity to provide aerial work granted by the Transport Authority for the Slovak subject or after validation based on recognition of the authorization granted by the competent authority of another State.
      In the Slovak republic is not possible to issue approval for aerial work operation for any private person (amateur).
      Any foreign aircraft operator willing to provide aerial works in the Airspace of Slovak Republic shall follows requirements listed in the AIP of the Slovak republic:

      1.2.1.3.1.4.2 The application shall be submitted at least 7 working days before the intended flight.
      1.2.1.3.1.4.3 The application shall include:

      1. name and address of the aircraft operator,
      b.type of aircraft and its registration mark,
      c.insurance certificate of liability insurance with respect to damages caused by operation of aircraft,
      d.place and purpose of flight and its duration,
      e.valid documents issued by relevant aviation authority of the state of registry,
      f.certificate of administrative charges settlement in the amount of 165,5 EUR (not applicable for ferry flight),
      for aerial photography and aerial film previous permission of the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic is necessary.



      hm, da wird ja dann wohl jede Mühe vergebens sein wenn da das Ministerium für Verteidigung der Slowakischen Republik seine Genehmigung geben muss :( . Traurig aber wahr.

      Zur Situation in der Slowakei, aus gegebenem Anlass habe ich mich mal schlau gemacht.
      Seit August 2015 ist es gesetzlich geregelt, schwerer als 500 Gramm und/oder Kamera dran erfordert Registrierung, Pilotenschein mit theoretischer und praktischer Prüfung (natürlich auf slowakisch) Kosten 600 Euro. Es gibt keine Unterscheidung zwischen privat und gewerblich.
      Lustig ist im Toys'R Us, im Tesco und an fliegenden Ständen habe ich in Bratislava gesehen wie der Q500, P3 oder Blade mit Kamera verkauft werden.
