      Hallo zusammen,

      kurz zum Problem, dann zum Hintergrund:
      seit kurzen startet mein Copter nicht mehr. Mit Props drauf macht er beim Throttle geben nen purzelbaum. Solang motoren im Leerlauf sind ist alles tutti. Also ich mir gedacht: bist ja nicht dumm schau mal wo das Problem ist:
      Sensoren gecheckt: Gyro und Accelerometer schiene einwandfrei. Copter bewegt sich im BF wie er soll -> FC richtige Lage
      Motordrehrichtug gecheckt: alle Motoren drehen in die richtige Richtung.
      Also habe ich mir ein paar Blackbox aufzeichnungen gemacht. Und sobald ich etwas Throttle gebe (bei abgesteckten Props) drehen die Motoren langsam aber stetig von selbst hoch. Als ob der Regler ihnen sagt die Fluglage stimmt nicht.
      Habe dann meinen Ersatzmotor, den ich für alle Fälle dazubestellt hatte (EMAX ECO V2) genommen und einmal reihum die Motoren getauscht. -> immer noch das gleiche Problem
      War am Ende meines Wissens angeommen (BLHeli liefert auch alles OK zurück). Habe dann trotzdem einen neuen ESC bestellt. Umgelötet -> immer noch das gleiche Problem
      Neuen FC bestellt weil ich dachte vlt hat er doch was abbekommen: gleiches Problem
      Ich habe mir noch einige Blackbox Traces gemacht und mir ist aufgefallen das der Yaw PID aus dem Ruder läuft. Jetzt hoffe ich schwer auf eure Schwarmintelligenz! :saint: Blackbox Aufzeichnung kann ich nicht anhängen aber paar Screenshots evtl. BF Dump war wohl zu groß.

      Habe nach Teiletausch nur den Tracer Empfänger am FC hängen um sonstige Einflüsse auszuschließen.

      Ich habe nur am Anfang kurz etwas Throttle gegeben (1050 ist Leerlauf). Der PID für Yaw steigt immer weiter und auch Motoren 1,2,3 drehen hoch. Nummer 4 nicht.

    • Ohne Propeller funktioniert der PID-Regler nicht, weil er kein Feedback über den Gyrosensor bekommt. Wie er sich ohne Propeller verhält hat also nicht zu sagen.

      Du hast die möglichen Ursachen im Grunde schon selbst aufgezählt:
      - Die Ausrichtung des Gyro muss korrekt konfiguriert sein, das bestätigt dir das richtige Verhalten des 3D Modells.
      - Die Motoren müssen richtig Nummeriert sein. Nr.1 hinten rechts, usw.. Siehe Skizze im BF Motor Tab. Wenn der ESC verdreht eingebaut ist müssen die Motoren entsprechend umgemapt werden.
      - Die Motoren müssen in die richtige Richtung drehen, so wie in der Skizze angezeigt.
      - Und letzten Endes müssen die Propeller richtig rum drauf.
      Wenn diese 4 Punkte abgehakt sind sollte er fliegen. Wenn er es nicht tut hast du zu 99.99% bei einem dieser Punkte etwas übersehen.
